Internship Program

 

All interns receive hands-on experiences that put their knowledge gained in the classroom into practice.  They are fully integrated into the departmental team for which they are assigned and expected to contribute as a valued member of that team.  Throughout the term of the program, interns manage their own projects and collaborate with other team members.  Performance scorecards, coaching opportunities, and 360° feedback studies are also included as part of the overall internship evaluation process. Interns relocating for a position may qualify for a living allowance.


Recent Graduates

 

All full-time employees are provided with the potential to grow through various forms of training and development that can lead to career advancement within the organization.   Frequently, high-potential employees are targeted for the expatriate program, which may include a two to three year project at one of our international locations.  At Cliffs, employees have the power to effect positive change in a quickly growing company through their ideas and actions. Financial Development Program

 

The Financial Development Program is designed to develop the participants’ professional understanding of business and strategy.  Throughout the three year, full-time program, participants explore a new role every twelve months with an opportunity to gain experience across a variety of corporate functions.
