Mr. Tompkins has responsibility for Cliffs’ corporate general counsel matters, ongoing relationships with government and regulatory bodies, and the execution and reporting of the company’s increasingly critical sustainability practices.

Global Commercial  

Mr. Gallagher has executive oversight for the sales and marketing initiatives of Cliffs’ global mineral portfolio.

Duncan Price – Executive Vice President, President –

Global Operations

 Mr. Price leads Cliffs’ continuing initiatives towards operating excellence and cost management global portfolio of controlled iron ore and coal interests in North America, Asia Pacific and Brazil.

Clifford Smith – Senior Vice President – Global Business Development

Mr. Smith maintains global responsibility for business development and exploration, including the identification and evaluation of potential strategic transactions, due diligence and valuation, integration, and resource evaluation/quantification, as well as executive leadership for Cliffs’ portfolio of equity investments in non-controlled assets.
